What is URGE PEACH™?
Lower-body training with a little attitude
URGE PEACH™ is URGE FITNESS’s branded glutes, legs, and core class. The workout is designed to target the muscles members ask for most: glutes, legs, hips, and core, while keeping the class fun, upbeat, and approachable.
Expect a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, controlled strength work, and cardio intervals. Some days may feel more strength-focused. Other days may bring more burn, tempo, and conditioning. Either way, the goal is simple: stronger lower body, stronger core, and more confidence walking out than when you walked in.

Glute activation

What to expect
Your first URGE PEACH™ class
Set up your space
Grab the equipment your instructor recommends. This may include a mat, bands, dumbbells, a step, or bodyweight-only options depending on the class plan.
Warm up and activate
Start with mobility, glute activation, and core engagement so your hips, knees, and lower back feel ready for the workout.
Train the lower body
Move through coached blocks for glutes, legs, and core. Expect options for beginners and ways to level up if you want more intensity.
Finish with confidence
Close with a final burn, core block, cooldown, or stretch so you leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to come back.
