Review your agreement
Your cancellation terms may depend on your signed membership agreement, membership type, billing status, add-ons, and location.

Choose an approved cancellation method
Approved methods may include in-person written notice, certified mail, phone cancellation where available, or online cancellation for eligible online agreements.

Make sure your request includes the information needed to verify your account and is signed and dated when written notice is required.

Your request is not complete until it is received, verified, and confirmed. Keep your written or digital confirmation for your records.

Choose the cancellation option that applies to you.
The methods below are provided to make the process clear. Your signed agreement controls your specific cancellation rights, timing, and requirements.
Cancel in person at your home club
You may hand-deliver a signed and dated written cancellation notice to your home club during staffed hours when an authorized representative is available. Staffed hours vary by location. After your notice is accepted and verified, URGE FITNESS will provide written or digital confirmation for your records.
Cancel by registered or certified mail
You may send a signed and dated written cancellation notice by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to your home club. Keep your mailing receipt and any delivery confirmation for your records.
Cancel by phone where available
Phone cancellation requests may be available through the Phone Cancellation Processing Department during standard processing hours. After your request is received and verified, you should receive a digital email confirmation. Keep that confirmation for your records.
Cancel online if your agreement was completed online
If your membership agreement was entered into online, you may be eligible to cancel using the online cancellation link provided for eligible online contracts. Follow the instructions carefully and save your confirmation.
Methods that may not be valid
Email, text message, social media message, voicemail, or other communication methods not clearly listed in your agreement or on this page may not be valid cancellation methods. Use an approved method so your request can be verified and documented.

Can I cancel online?
If you entered into your membership agreement online, you may be eligible to cancel using the online cancellation link provided for eligible online agreements. Please review your signed agreement and follow the instructions on this page.
Can I cancel by email or text?
Email, text message, social media message, voicemail, or other communication methods not listed as approved methods may not be valid cancellation methods. Use an approved method so your request can be verified and documented.
Do I need to cancel at my home club?
In-person and mailed cancellation notices should be submitted to your home club unless your agreement or support team provides different instructions. If you are unsure of your home club, log into your Member Portal or contact URGE FITNESS for help.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, URGE FITNESS will provide written or digital confirmation. Please keep your confirmation for your records.
When does my membership officially end?
Your membership remains active until your cancellation request is received, verified, and approved according to your signed membership agreement. Any remaining balance, notice period, or billing terms may still apply.
What if I have add-ons?
Add-ons such as Kids Club, locker rental, recovery, tanning/red light, training, assisted stretch, or other services may have separate billing or cancellation terms. Ask your home club or support team to review your account.
Can I freeze instead of canceling?
Freeze options may be available depending on your membership agreement and eligibility. Contact your home club or member support to review available options.

Use the Member Portal or contact member support for help with payment updates, billing history, balances, and account questions.
