What is URGE IGNITE™?

HIIT and cardio conditioning with the URGE feel.

URGE IGNITE™ is URGE FITNESS’s branded high-energy conditioning class. It is designed for members who want a fun, sweaty, coached workout that blends cardio intervals, functional strength, core work, and athletic movement.

The goal is simple: help members leave feeling energized, accomplished, and proud — not confused or intimidated.

Cardio intervals

Short bursts of effort help raise the heart rate and create the signature IGNITE energy.

Strength circuits

Dumbbells, bodyweight, bands, steps, or functional tools may be used depending on the class plan.

Core and control

Expect athletic movement, stability work, posture, and core training built into the class flow.

Prime

Warm up the body with mobility, movement prep, light cardio, and simple patterns so members feel ready before the workout builds.

Build

Move into strength and control blocks using bodyweight, dumbbells, steps, bands, or functional movements.

Fire up the cardio with coached intervals, timed efforts, athletic drills, or low-impact options when needed.

Recover

Finish with core, cooldown, breath work, or stretch so members leave strong, not wrecked.
What to expect

Your first URGE IGNITE™ class.

Arrive ready to move

Wear supportive shoes, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can explain the class setup and equipment.

Choose your level

Your coach can show lower-impact options, lighter resistance, simpler movement patterns, or ways to level up when you want more.

Follow the intervals

You will move through timed blocks for cardio, strength, and core. The coach handles the structure so you can focus on effort and form.

The class should feel high-energy and rewarding. The goal is to challenge you, not make you feel lost or defeated.

    No. URGE IGNITE™ is a branded group fitness class. URGE SQUAD™ is URGE FITNESS’s premium small group training program with more coaching attention and progression.
    What kind of workout is URGE IGNITE™?
    URGE IGNITE™ is a high-energy HIIT and cardio conditioning class that may include strength circuits, bodyweight movements, core work, athletic drills, and timed intervals.
    Do I need to be in shape before trying it?
    No. The class is meant to meet you where you are. The coach can provide lower-impact options and ways to control intensity.
    What should I bring?
    Wear supportive sneakers, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early. Your instructor will explain the setup and equipment for that class.
    Is URGE IGNITE™ included with my membership?
    URGE IGNITE™ is a group fitness class offered at participating locations. Plus, Premier, and Family memberships include group fitness where available. Access members can ask their home club about class access, upgrades, or current offers.
