URGE Juniors Group Classes are designed to give your kids a break from the all-consuming digital world and get active, jump around and have some good old-fashioned fun! Our program is designed to create good exercise habits and proper nutrition and improve self-confidence. URGE Juniors Group Classes use fun and exciting equipment ranging from hula hoops, balance balls, ladders, ropes, kettlebells, tires, bands, yoga, and more.
A Private Coaching program is only as good as the people behind it. You’ll have a professional coaching TEAM rather than a traditional trainer with URGE. We’ll sit with you individually to discuss personal goals and agendas. Sessions are specifically designed to suit your children’s needs. Whether your child is looking to lose weight, gain muscle, go PRO, or just needs extra personal attention, Private Coaching is the way to go!
URGE Athlete Program is dedicated to developing speed, strength, power, and performance. We take pride in fostering a healthy, competitive environment that allows young athletes to reach their goals and work together while getting there. We focus on strength & conditioning, speed, agility & change of direction, explosive power, flexibility, corrective exercise, post-rehab training, and High School/NFL/Pro-Day combine training.
