Arrive early and get fitted.

URGE AIR™ Restore

Gentle, stretch, and recovery aerial class.

A slower, calmer aerial class using supported positions, gentle stretching, mobility work, and recovery-focused movement.

  • Best for recovery days, stress relief, and mobility.
  • Beginner-friendly when scheduled as a lower-intensity class.
  • Pairs well with training, SQUAD, and strength work.

URGE AIR™ Strength

Core, upper body, mobility, and athletic aerial class.

A more athletic aerial class using the hammock for strength, control, core engagement, bodyweight training, and mobility.

  • Best for members who want a stronger training feel.
  • Focuses on control, core, upper body, and mobility.
  • Instructor modifications should be offered by level.

URGE AIR™ Foundations

Beginner-friendly intro class.

The first-step aerial class for members who want to learn setup, grip, basic positions, safety expectations, and confidence before moving into Flow or Strength.

  • Best first class for most new participants.
  • Introduces setup, terminology, and basic positions.
  • Helps reduce intimidation for first-timers.

URGE AIR™ Kids / Teens

Youth aerial option.

A youth-focused aerial format where offered, built to be fun, structured, and supervised with age-appropriate coaching and class rules.

New? Start simple.

Foundations and Restore are the easiest recommendation for new members. Flow is the signature experience. Strength is the more athletic option. Kids / Teens is the youth path where scheduled.

What to expect at your first URGE AIR™ class

Arrive early and get fitted.

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before class so the instructor can welcome you, explain the room setup, and help you get comfortable with the aerial hammock.

Learn the basics before you flow.

The instructor will demonstrate how to hold the fabric, where to place your hands and feet, and how to move in and out of positions with control.

  • Beginner options are shown first.
  • Movements are coached step by step.
  • You can skip or modify anything that does not feel right.

Move, stretch, strengthen, or restore.

Each URGE AIR™ format has a different goal. Flow feels more rhythmic, Restore is slower, Strength is more athletic, and Foundations is built for learning.

  • Restore: stretch, decompression, and recovery.
  • Strength: core, upper body, mobility, and control.

Finish with confidence.

Class will end with a safe reset, cooldown, and simple guidance for what to book next based on your comfort level and goals.
