Is URGE BOXING™ for beginners?
Yes. Beginners can start with Foundations or use lower-impact options in The Storm™ and Burn™. Coaches provide options like shadowboxing, stepping instead of jumping, and simpler combinations.
What is The Storm™?
The Storm™ is the signature URGE BOXING™ class. It uses escalating rounds: Storm Prep, Thunder Rounds, Lightning Rounds, Power Rounds, a 4-minute Storm Surge finisher, and a short reset.
What is Burn™?
Burn™ is the boxing, HIIT, and strength format. It combines bag work, cardio intervals, strength circuits, core, and conditioning.
Is this real boxing or a fitness class?
URGE BOXING™ is a boxing-inspired fitness program. It is designed for fitness, conditioning, confidence, and fun – not sparring or fighting.
Do I need gloves or wraps?
Requirements may vary by club and class type. For bag-based classes, gloves and wraps may be recommended or required. The class page and schedule should link to location-specific guidance.
