No. URGE Assisted Stretch is especially helpful for people who feel tight, stiff, or unsure where to start. Your coach meets you where you are.
Is assisted stretching painful?
No. You may feel tension during a stretch, but it should not feel sharp, forced, or painful. Your coach checks in throughout the session.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely.
Is this physical therapy?
No. URGE Assisted Stretch is a general wellness and flexibility service. It is not medical treatment, physical therapy, massage therapy, athletic training, rehabilitation, diagnosis, pain treatment, injury care, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
