You are entitled to a copy of this contract at the time you sign it. You may cancel this contract at any time before midnight of the third operating day after receiving a copy of this contract. If you choose to cancel this contract, in addition to all terms and conditions in contract section “Cancellation Policies”, you must take any of the following actions:
1. You may hand-deliver a signed and dated written cancellation notice to your home club by giving it directly to an authorized club representative. General hours for in-person cancellation processing are typical business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, each URGE FITNESS location may operate with adjusted or limited staffed hours, and those staffed hours may vary by location and may change from time to time. Accordingly, the hours during which an authorized representative is available to accept in-person cancellation notices will correspond to, and change with, the location’s current staffed hours. Please contact your home club directly or check posted club information to confirm the current staffed hours during which an authorized representative is available to accept cancellation notices. Upon acceptance of a cancellation notice, an URGE FITNESS representative will immediately issue a digital email receipt. For your records and security, URGE FITNESS will immediately provide a written confirmation of receipt (including by email to the address on file).
2. Send a signed and dated written notice of cancellation by registered, or certified mail, return receipt requested to your home club.
3. Personally place a telephone call to the health club facility. Telephone cancellation requests (where available) are handled by our Phone Cancellations Processing Department during standard club enrollment hours. Phone support may be limited or unavailable during holidays or other events that cause closures or modified hours. To contact, simply call your home club line and follow the prompts to be directed to the Phone Cancellation Processing Department. Upon receiving and verifying the request, you will immediately receive a digital email receipt of cancellation for your protection and record.

Your account will remain active until you receive a confirmation digital receipt informing you that your request was received AND approved.

Any balances owed for both your membership and add-ons would be due in full upon receiving your request to cancel. Any balances will be drafted off the payment information on file upon receiving this online request to cancel.
Email, text message, or any other form of communication not clearly outlined above is NOT a valid method of cancellation.
