Easy Cancellation Policy
At URGE FITNESS, we believe in keeping things simple—even when it comes to cancellations. If you need to cancel your membership, just reach out to us online, over the phone, or visit your local URGE FITNESS Center and speak with one of our team members, who will gladly assist you. While the process is straightforward, we encourage you to review your contract or visit our “Terms and Conditions” page for details specific to your cancellation policy. Whether you have questions or are ready to proceed, we’re here to help every step of the way. Your satisfaction matters, and we aim to make the experience as smooth as possible!
Cancellation Policy:
You are entitled to a copy of this contract at the time you sign it. You may cancel this contract at any time before midnight of the third operating day after receiving a copy of this contract. If you choose to cancel this contract, in addition to all terms and conditions in Section 1.9 “Cancellation Policies”, you must take any of the following actions: 1. Send a signed and dated written notice of cancellation by regular registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the location you enrolled at; or 2. Personally hand-deliver to an authorized club representative or club manager a signed and dated written notice of cancellation to your home club where you enrolled. Hand-delivered requests may be submitted Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, excluding holidays and inclement weather, in which the club may have adjusted operating hours. Hand-delivered requests must be submitted to an authorized club representative or manager. Upon receiving and verifying the request, the authorized club representative or club manager will provide the member with a digital email receipt of cancellation. Registered or certified mail is encouraged and suggested for the members’ safety and security and to ensure the request is expedited. If the member chooses to submit a request in person, please note that we are a high-volume club, and the member may have to wait an extended period for an authorized club representative or manager to be available. 3. Personally place a telephone call to the health club facility. Telephone requests may be submitted Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, excluding holidays and inclement weather, in which the club may have adjusted operating hours. Telephone requests will immediately be provided with an email digital receipt of cancellation. 4. If you entered into the contract online, you may submit an online cancellation by filling out the form.

In order to review your account and assist, you must provide your full name, account number, phone number, email address, and home club as it appears on your account so we may review and verify your account. If all the required information is not provided, we will be unable to verify your account, and your cancellation request cannot be processed.
Your account will remain active until you receive a confirmation digital receipt informing you that your request was received AND approved.
If your account is in default or past due, the account is NOT eligible for cancellation and cannot be processed. To view account status, you may log in through the MEMBER PORTAL.
Any balances owed for both your membership and add-ons would be due in full upon receiving your request to cancel. Any balances will be drafted off the payment information on file upon receiving this online request to cancel.
By submitting this online request, you hereby authorize all balances to be collected in full from the payment information on file. If all balances owed are unable to be collected in full, your account will not be cancelled.
Email, text message, or any other form of communication not clearly outlined above is NOT a valid method of cancellation.
