Debbie has an Associates Degree in Exercise Science and is Master Trainer Certified though ISSA with Certifications in: Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Senior Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, Youth Fitness, and Group Fitness. With over 4 years of training experience Debbie has trained a wide variety of clients from sport-specific athletes to novice exercisers.

Each session Debbie delivers is tailored to each of her clients needs as everybody has different fitness levels and abilities. It is her passion to work upon strengths and improve upon weaknesses to ensure each session is challenging and demanding, but fun and achievable to help her clients reach their fitness goals.

Courtney is one with the earth and fitness.

She brings that vibrant spirit and energy that will make her classes become part of your daily routine.

Courtney combines her background of cheerleading and dance and incorporates that into her routines.

She’s known for her development of the Aerial program, as well as having the most contagious smile on at all times.

Janelle is an Olympic Weightlifting Competitor, Crossfit Level 1 and has been a Crossfit Competitor and Judge.

She is a Certified Barbell and Kettlebell Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Group X Instructor, and Yoga Instructor.

With over 15 years of training experience Janelle has trained a variety of clients from beginners to advanced weightlifters.

Janelle develops and implements a custom fitness plan, combined with motivational techniques to produce maximum results for each individual.

Joel Rutkowski is a veteran EMS provider with 25 years of experience.

Joel was initially certified as an EMT in the 1980’s while serving overseas in the U.S. Navy.

In 1999, he decided to return to the field of Emergency Medicine.

Since then, he has served as both a basic and advanced level field provider, Operations Coordinator and Chief of Operations for the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad.

Joel graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, and is also, currently an active EMS educator, teaching Tactical EMS, and active shooter response to; EMS, Fire and Law Enforcement agencies nationally.

Joel is also a Certified Tactical Paramedic through the Board for Critical Care Transport Paramedics, and completed the Basic SWAT Operator course, and the Active Shooter Response Instructor course through the National Tactical Officers Association.

Through his accomplished career, he has developed a very versatile skill set to incorporate into his training. Not only does he excel as a Private Coach and Group Instructor, he also is a certified Yoga and Cycle instructor!

Jarred is a West Chester University graduate with a degree in Exercise science.

He also holds a nationally accredited Personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and years of training experience.

He has extensive history of youth fitness training- swimming, wrestling, soccer, football, baseball, and field hockey.

He also likes to incorporate in corrective exercises that help with injury prevention while coaching.

His background allows him to tailor unique workouts to help his clients achieve the goals they strive for.

Noel earned a Bachelors degree in Human Performance with a concentration in Sports Medicine and a minor in Chemistry from Howard University.

He has experience working with all age groups ranging from Middle school to Division 1 athletes, as well as elderly individuals and those recovering from sports specific injuries.

His work in the Physical Therapy field has helped him understand the importance of structure in a training program and correct form, this can be seen in the care he take in each session and the detail he puts into every individual program.

His background and curiosity in the sciences has aided him in cracking the code to weight loss and muscular growth.

Jonah graduated with a degree in Health Education Management from Rowan University.

Britt graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences.

She is a AAAI-IMSA Phase II certified personal trainer, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and has a first degree black belt in three types of martial arts.

She loves to know and incorporate the scientific side of fitness into her client’s routines because everything we do has a purpose and every purpose is important!
